In 1976 - at the age of 16 - Takanori Shibahara entered the stunt company then known as Japan Action Club and now renamed Japan Action Enterprise (J.A.E.). The J.A.E. is the oldest company of stunt performers in Japan. Since 1970, it has managed stunt series and feature films based on Super-Heroes (Tokusatsu or Sentai series in Japanese).
From 1976 to 1984, Takanori Shibahara affiliated with the J.A.E. worked as a stuntman for the Sentai series (imported under the name Bioman or Power Rangers in Europe), and series Space Sheriff : Gavan (X-Or), Sharivan, Shaider and Jaspion. Some have been released in France during the 80s-90s on TF1 and Antenne 2.

After 8 years under the J.A.E. as a stuntman, he created his own team in 1984 he called Wild Stunts Team. In 1988, four years later, he founded the Wild Stunts (Wild Stunts Japan), professional stunt company specialized in numerous types of actions. Wild Stunts makes such stunts for feature films, series, video clip, commercials, television and shows. Wild Stunts has also distinguished itself by performing several shows, called "Characters Shows" that present the stunt performers in costumes representing characters from manga, cartoons or Sentai for example.
